5 April 2013: Today, in Limerick District Court, Judge McCarthy convicted Gerry Neilon, a director of Gerry Neilon Scaffolding Limited, for failing to comply with a statutory request made by The Pensions Board and sentenced him to six months imprisonment. A fine of €5,000 was imposed on the company, Gerry Neilon Scaffolding Ltd, for the same offence. Raymond Neilon, the other director of the company, was not present in court and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.
27 February 2013: In Kilrush District Court on Tuesday 19 February 2013, Judge Patrick Durcan convicted and imposed fines totalling €1,500 on Pat Kennedy Construction Limited, a limited liability company with a registered address at Burrane Lower, Killimer, Kilrush, Co. Clare for failing to remit employee pension contributions to the trustee of the Construction Workers Pension Scheme (CWPS) within the statutory time limit.

11 January 2013: In Portlaoise District Court on Friday 21 December 2012, Judge Staines imposed a fine of €100 on Jonathan Healy, director of J&M Healy Limited with a registered address at O’Moore Forest, Mountmellick, Co. Laois for failing to remit employee pension contributions to the trustee of the Construction Workers Pension Scheme (CWPS) within the statutory time limit.

26 October 2012: In Kilkenny District Court, on 16 October 2012, Judge Eamon O’Brien, having regard to the fact that guilty pleas were entered and the arrears of contributions were repaid to the Construction Workers Pension Scheme, struck out the summonses as against Lachen Engineering Ltd and its directors, James Coogan, Thomas Murphy and William Hennessy.
