The Pensions Board reduces occupational pension scheme fees for 2011

Thursday 11 November 2010: The Minister has approved the Board’s recommendation to reduce occupational pension scheme fees by 9.1% on a once off basis for 2011 only. There is no change to PRSA fees.

The fee per member will be reduced from €8.80 to €8.00 for 2011.

The new group discounted scheme rates are as follows:

• Schemes with 501 – 1,000 members = Flat fee of €4,000
• Schemes with 1,001+ members = Fee of €4.00 per member
