Important information for trustees of defined benefit schemes

Wednesday 7 October 2020: The Pensions Authority has published new information for trustees of defined benefit schemes. The new information details:

  • what will be expected of trustees once the IORP II Directive is transposed into Irish law,
  • how the Pensions Authority will supervise trustees in the future, and
  • how trustees can prepare for the impending changes.
