Procurement policy

The aim of the Authority’s procurement policy is to:

  • ensure compliance with national public sector and EU guidelines and directives
  • enable the strategic objectives of the Authority to be met
  • secure best value for money, reduce risk and modernise related business processes by adopting best practice procurement techniques for all bought-in external goods and services.

The Authority’s Open Procedure tenders and tenders published to the Official Journal of the EU can be found on www.etenders.gov.ie.
