Data sharing agreement

The Pensions Authority has entered into an Accession Agreement (REVUBIN ACPA 023_260113) to the Unique Business Identifier Number (UBIN) Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) in accordance with the Data Sharing and Governance Act 2019 (as amended).  

Accordingly, Schedule C of the original UBIN Data Sharing Agreement (REVUBIN 023_240125 – UBIN DSA – Schedule C) has been updated with the name of the acceding Public Service Body, The Pensions Authority. 

The original version of the Data Sharing Agreement for the sharing of the Unique Business Identifier Number Data is available here.  

The purpose of this DSA is to:

• enable the consistent identification of businesses across the public service.
• improve the quality and accuracy of business data holdings in the public service.

Access to UBIN data will allow The Pensions Authority to improve the quality of business identifiers held on our Pensions Data Register.
