Individual information on retirement, leaving or death

You and your dependants are entitled to information on benefits that have become payable, any options relating to those benefits and any conditions attached, in sufficient time to allow you to consider them and make whatever decisions are required.

The information that you are entitled to receive will depend on your pension arrangement and the event that is giving rise to the benefit payment.
